5 steps to detoxifying your mind

  1. Be Still -Sit quietly with no outside noise for at least 10 minutes a day. Let your mind be free for a little. Don’t control your thoughts. See what’s in your head, then analyze where they come from.

  2. Experience -Journal how your days are going ( this will teach you to pay attention to your life pattern) (formulate why our days are good, and why our days go bad)

  3. Knowledge-Check your circle. Know who is around, know your motives, know your influences.

  4. Achievement-Short-term daily achievable goals ( teach yourself how to be successful every day) (working out, free writing, reading, speaking positively to someone, look in the mirror, etc.)

  5. Value-Take 5 seconds to appreciate just being alive to read this step. Realize when we are alive, we are always winning. There’s a chance to overcome any obstacle. ( This is power)
